Its partially animated. I kinda just threw together an animation in a few seconds so dont be expected some infinity ward animation lol XD.
Great for a first model, I just have a couple of crits. You have a a few dozen edge loops around the edge of the handle and the main body, that don't really serve a purpose. On the handle near the top there is a split in the mesh that goes through to the other side. Since the mesh is modeled with a lot of tris there is some weird shadowing going on, I think if you modeled it with quads it could be a lot cleaner and have better shadows.
