thanks for the model! I can't use it for my own projects, because it carries so much of its own spirit and will look on my project, but i learned great stuff from just watching the nodes and materials and lightning setup.
THANK YOU!
Useless for my current project. Actually, it should be a hall for a king. But it has become a church or something.
@ DYF: I can not tell you anything concrete. Do what you're doing right and laboriously. But most importantly is the routine.
This is almost perfect for the underwater throne room I need for my movie. It needs a couple modifications. I tried to do renders from different angles but sometimes the light is really weird and too bright. Is that because of the node arrangement?
Hey thanks a lot! This model was very helpful for me in my project. I used this environment as a backdrop for a 2 and a half minute fight scene that I did for my movie the Legend of Lightwater. Can't say thankyou, enough, as this model saved me a great deal of time!
Here is a link to the fight scene by itself. This is a dual render which also shows the raw footage.

Anyone please feel free to watch my movie in it's entirety. It is an hour and 5 minutes long.

How exactly is that "Streaky" light-filtering thing made? I've practically dissected the blendfile but has yet to find the reason for it, I've also copied the settings from your halo-spotlights without being able to reproduce the effect, I would be much grateful for any hints or tips you can give me.

Stunning! Absolutely amazing! I think I'll learn a lot from this.
Wonderful model. I always find that interior modeling is a big challenge. Any tips.

what do you mean by saying it's "useless"?
Wow, this looks fantastic.

This model is really fantastic! Good looking, well modeled, textured and lit. Good stuff for anyone wondered, how well made scene should look. Thanks!
This is pure awesomeness!

could be that the node is responsible for the light areas. Attempt to change it anyway. In the fire bowls, you should delete any light.

Useless or not, this is the kind of modelling I'm sure we all aspire to, I know I do!

This looks great. But I am not able to export it to .obj. Has anyone tried to export this model?
