I speak as an expert in Lego figures, and the proportions are all wrong. Honestly, you can't just model a Lego figure from memory. For any subject, really, you need some good solid reference images.
Granted, it was my first attempt at 3D modelling. I think I might have stretched or shortened the legs. I remember having some trouble getting the hands to look right.

Yea. It looks like a few cubes and cylinders to me. :P
But if you keep trying, you'll get better! :)
