Hey you updated it! :D I wanted to ask you that it's okay that I used the first version of this as a mesh in the render I'm doing right now. I expanded on the model a little and give it a rather breathtaking background. And a sail. I'll sure to credit you, if it's okay. I'll tell you where the render is when I get it done. It's just a first try. But it is very SHINY.:D

    Hi,

actually the license is CC BY which means you do not have to ask permission to use the files. If you read the readme file carefully you'll see a notice that you even have to give no credit on a render.

K, cool. I was doing some render setting experiments and I think when I rendered before I finished really checking out all the settings. It went to some weird mpeg setting and, as it turns out, the vid plays at this really jaggy low speed. Ugh. I think I'm gonna start doing animations as a file of single pictures. You know, like normal people. It looks great though. Very Pink Floyd. I think I'm gonna work on it a bit more, then do another render...

Well, I posted the vid I did using your texture model on my YouTube channel. Like I said, I'm gonna work on it a lot more over time, but as a start I think this is fine. Sorry for the lowish quality, I was very sleep when I rendered and didn't realize I put it in as a mpeg1. Sigh... Here's the vid. I called it "Feeling Orion's Pull" for reasons that should be obvious to stargazers... Feeling Orion's Pull
