Rule #1 Upload only your models.
If you did not make it you cannot upload it period. If you do, it will be removed.
Rule #2 If you didn’t make the textures yourself, chances are you can’t use them.
Sites like CGTextures.com, etc. let you use their textures for free but they do not let you distribute them under a CC license. Double check the licensing for the textures you use or your model will be removed.
Rule #3 Don’t be a douche!
Yeah, we all know who you are, be polite in your comments and interactions with others from the site, or you will be removed.
Rule #4 The admins words are final, ALWAYS!
If you are contacted by an admin either in a comment or by email, do what they say, they hold your Blend Swap in their hands, they allowed your account to be open and they can close it.

Welcome to Blendswap. The first rule of Blendswap is: you do not talk about Blendswap. The second rule of Blendswap is: you DO NOT talk about Blendswap! i didn’t see it i haven’t checked my mail for a while now they were about 350 mails from fbook and stuff try again please i deleted them all :/
The not-so-bright (in terms of law stuff) swappers might double- or even triple-check the license of their texture-resource of choice and still have no clue if it is ok or not. What about putting up some examples of sites who have a definitely ok-ish license? Just to make everyones life easier, as we all have to deal with what we get (and not everyone has a camera and is autarkic in that term).
