Comments:
Great work, luis!
Thanks, brikwarsman,
I should have called them “Lego Bonus Models”
.
Most of the pieces were from previous Lego’s Models, so, I only needed to create a couple of new bricks, better lighting and that was about all.
Your lego character are also great. I was thinking in using it as a base for my lego library, if that is ok with.
Also I think blendswap removed my lego library
.
Thanks, LC
Hello, luis!
I have to ask- do you model your bricks from scratch, or do you import them from Ldraw? If you import them from LDraw, it will save you a massive amount of time and effort. Trust me- I speak from experience.
HI brikwarsman!.
I do made every single piece from scratch.
If you look at them, the pieces are very clear and blender-like, 1×1 pieces matches perfectly one blender unit.
Also the model I am focused right now (Racers) have a limited use of non basic pieces.
Also, it is a good excersice to model a piece and it also fun.
Though I migth consider using L-Draw in the future.
Cheers,
LC
